Hej, I’m Arthur Bauer – a photographer and filmmaker based in Mannheim, Germany. I mainly work in the field of documentary.
As a social scientist with Russian roots, I’m interested in the interplay between humans, systems and identities in the post-Soviet sphere.
Co-founder of LANGER. Space for Photography & board member at the OFF//FOTO Festival. Winner of the Research Award Eastern Europe 2023.
